One of the things I love about shirt dresses is that it can be worn from the office to happy hour.

Shirt dresses can be styled in so many different ways both formally and casually. This New York And Company Gabrielle Union Collection Maxi Shirt dress is definitely one of my favorite shirt dresses for this reason. I love the length and the light feel of the fabric. I love it so much that I ended up getting the green shirt dress. It can be styled alone and belted for work with heels or for after-hours drinks by incorporating the paper-bag waist shorts.
