Have you ever wondered what color to wear to work during the fall season? At times, we are tempted to stay away from colors during fall and winter but that shouldn’t be the case as colors are great for those seasons. Burgundy is a great fall color and one of my favorites because of the warm feeling it exudes and a variety of ways to style. You can wear burgundy as a monochromatic look as shown on today’s post or pair with black, beige (as seen here) or emerald green. Other fall work colors to embrace this season include mustard yellow, hunter green, red and pink.

Today’s fall work look is a monochromatic burgundy one in a pencil skirt and a neck-tie sweater. Both pieces have different textures with slightly different burgundy tones. Continuing with a fall feel, I added a deep burgundy MAC matte lipcolor to complement the look and beige pumps for a classy feel .
